Tracking Better Sleep with Mi Goals & Koala



Working at a company that specialises in furniture you can sleep in has it's perks; for starters they know the importance of a good night's rest.


My sleep schedule is varying to say the least, and I definitely don’t get the recommended 7-9 hours of sleep required a day because of how jam packed my schedule is. While I love to snooze all night on my Koala Mattress, sometimes I feel like there’s not enough hours in the day for more napping! It's not uncommon too with 45% of Aussies reporting that they have poor sleeping habits.
