At a reasonable price of $219, it embraces their famous Eclipse design in the complimenting rose gold. It's definitely not a watch that someone would wear everyday, but a piece to awe and inspire those with a keen sense of style, and technological prowess.
Ziiiro created this special edition timepiece using 316L stainless steel casing, physical vapour deposition, matte black hour hand, matte rose gold minute hand, and a 316L Stainless Steel Mesh Milanese strap, all encased in hardened mineral crystal to rise above the high quality expected of their watches.
Derrick Ip, the mastermind behind all of Ziiiro's business stated, "the idea is a timepiece that indicates the passage of time through a constant change in patterns, without conventional hands, markings or even a clasp. The ethos is minimalism so there are to be no distracting elements in our designs.”
It's clear that their ethos rings clear in the Eclipse watch. Despite only being two colours, with no flashy diamonds or engravings, it stands out and has caused many people to double take to ask me wherever I got it from!
However, the only downside is that it's not interchangeable with the other beautiful Eclipse watch straps due to being made of metal, where many others are made of high-grade silicone.
Make note, it is water resistant! While I wouldn't dive deep in the ocean with this watch, it can resist water up to 5 ATM or 50 m, and makers insisting it is "suitable for swimming, white water rafting, non-snorkeling water related work, and fishing".
