I had the pleasure of eating at Nan Yang Tea Club which is located in Market City, Haymarket, NSW Australia. Nan Yang is a Malaysian restaurant that specialises in their Singaporean seafood dishes, and delicious South East Asian high tea.
It's called a tea club because they have specialty tea selection that pairs perfectly with their rich choices of menu items.
We tried the following dishes:
Singaporean Chilli Crab which is Alaskan King Crab legs in a combination sauce of tomato paste, sweet chilli sauce, beaten eggs and fragrant spices and herbs.
Deep Fried Mantao (bread buns)
Hainanese chicken served with soup, ginger and chilli sauce, and dark soy sauce.
Salted egg potato wedges
